The H 3553 is an older style of casement lock-plated brass on zinc die-cast and used on older style wood casement windows. The three different keepers allow for most mounting applications whether it be a swing in or swing out casement window. Installation screws are included. Besides being used on casement windows, it is often used on cupboards and cabinets for that retro look. The H 3514 casement window operator is a left hand aluminum square body type. It has a 9 in steel arm with a round disc on the tip (some older styles had a small wheel instead of a disc). The disc slides in the H 3529 casement track located on the bottom of the casement window. It is worm gear driven by a 3/8 in crank spindle. The matching crank handle that fits onto the crank spindle and installation screws are included. Mounting holes available are 3-7/8 and 4-3/4 in apart. The H 3710 casement window operator is a left hand white square body type. It has a 9 in steel arm with a round disc on the tip (some older styles had a small wheel instead of a disc). The disc slides in the H 3529 casement track located on the bottom of the casement window. It is worm gear driven by a 3/8 in crank spindle. The matching crank handle that fits onto the crank spindle and installation screws are included. Mounting holes available are 3-7/8 and 4-3/4 in apart.

The H 3520 casement window operator is a right handed aluminum square body type. It has a 9 in steel arm with a round disc on the tip (some older styles had a small wheel instead of a disc). The disc slides in the H 3529 casement track located on the bottom of the casement window. It is worm gear driven by a 3/8 in crank spindle. The matching crank handle that fits onto the crank spindle and installation screws are included. Mounting holes available are 3-7/8 and 4-3/4 in apart. Replacing the old Truth EntryGard Series the TH 23020 is a left handed, 9-1/2 in single arm operator with a baked enamel bronze finish. It is made of heavy-duty die-cast zinc. The steel arm, worm drive and gears are protected with a corrosive-resistant finish and it opens to a full 90 deg. The plastic roller on the end of the arm insure a smooth operation as it slides through the TH 22397 track. When installing, the housing easily fastens down to the window sill. Oak adjustable sill. Adjustment to 1-3/8 to 5 deg slope. 1-1/8 in H.

Deluxe model adjustable height threshold. Oak riser adjusts to seal gaps under your door from 1-1/8 in to 1-3/8 in heavy-duty aluminum and oak design assures years of protection from the elements. Installing a threshold will help to seal out drafts from the bottom of your door. A door sweep is recommended to be used with this threshold to provide the excellent weather-tight seal.
